The Hillsboro Antique Mall has booths, glass showcases and fine jewelry cases available to rent to individual vendors or small businesses.
We rent to vendors of antiques, vintage and collectible items only. We do not permit licensed goods (without certification), reproductions, handmade items, giftware, or garage sale/thrift items.

Rental Pricing & Dimensions
Booths
The Hillsboro Antique Mall has 90 individual booths available to rent. Due to high demand and limited availability, booths are reserved for experienced antique mall vendors with antique, collectible and vintage merchandise.
Booths range from 8x10 ft to 22x10 ft. and are rented empty with carpeted floors and slat board walls. Vendors curate their booths to their own vision, supply their own merchandise (including displays & shelving), and set their own prices. Vendors are welcome to man their booths but are not required to work in-store; we have our own full-time sales staff to assist customers.
All booths are rented with an annual lease and HAM takes a 10% commission of all sales.
Please note: We do not permit locked cases in any back row booths (16, 27, 38, 49, 60, 71, & 80-90).
Showcases
The Hillsboro Antique Mall has 42 individual glass showcases available to rent. These are a great rental option for vendors with smalls, breakables, costume jewelry, sterling items, or as a starting point for new vendors.
Showcases measure approx. 6' x 4' x 2' and come with three glass shelves. Red cases are slightly larger and come with six glass shelves. Blue cases are considered high visibility/main aisle; red cases are largest and have more shelves. An additional shelf may be added to any showcase for a one-time $35 fee.
All showcases are rented with an annual lease and HAM takes a 10% commission of all sales.
Fine Jewelry Cases
Fine Jewelry cases are reserved for high-end, antique and designer jewelry. These are ideal for experienced vendors with authenticated high-end, higher-priced estate and designer jewelry. The cases to the left of the front desk are reserved for gold, diamond and precious stone jewelry while the cases to the right are reserved for high-end Sterling silver jewelry.
All Fine Jewelry cases are rented with an annual lease and HAM takes a 10% commission of all sales.
